International Shipping Policy

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS (OUTSIDE OF NORTH AMERICA)

Shipping and handling charges for overseas orders are based on the destination country.

Please note: The prices we quote do not include any import/customs duties and tax charges applicable to your order.

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY CUSTOMS AND/OR DUTIES & TAXES APPLIED TO YOUR ORDER.

You are personally responsible for paying these fees upon receipt or delivery of the order. A general guideline to follow when estimating these fees should be to calculate 20% of the total dollar amount of the items ordered. However, this is just a guideline as the actual fees will vary based on the country you are in.

Please check with your local Customs Department for more detailed information on how to estimate these additional charges.

Return/Exchange Policy
RETURNS
All return requests must be received within seven (7) days of receipt of your order.  Items must be returned in the condition you received it and with the original box and/or packaging, including manufacturer tags & packing slips where applicable. Please email support@superdigital.co with your intention to return and the tracking number of the return shipment. We can not guarantee items returned without a tracking number will be refunded in a timely manner. Customer is responsible for return shipping.
 
 
EXCHANGES
All exchange requests must be received within seven (7) days of receipt of your order.  If you’d like to exchange an item for another style or size, please reference your order
number and send us an email at support@superdigital.co. Customer is responsible for return shipping.
